Add a club, or fix one

There is no form here — and that is deliberate.

A submission form would put your club in our database. Editing the source puts it in everyone's — this site, and the map apps, fitness apps and websites that also build on OpenStreetMap. It takes about two minutes and no technical knowledge.

  1. Go to openstreetmap.org and make a free account.
  2. Find your club's location, click Edit, and drop a point on the building or ground.
  3. Give it a name, then set the sport — fitness_centre for a gym, or the sport itself for a club: rugby_union, cricket, netball, boxing, yoga, martial_arts, soccer, athletics.
  4. Add whatever you know: website, phone, opening hours, whether the venue is wheelchair accessible.
  5. Save. It reaches this site at our next refresh.

Correcting something wrong works the same way, and is just as useful. Clubs move grounds, merge and fold; the map only knows when somebody tells it.
